【ポジション概要】
本ポジションは、HRサービス部門の営業・マーケティング活動をサポートする役割です。
アカウントマネージャーと連携しながら、提案資料の作成、顧客対応、CRMデータ管理、求人掲載・イベント運営などを担当します。
営業・サポート・マーケティング経験を活かし、人材業界でキャリアを築きたい方に最適です。
将来的には、クライアントを担当する「ジュニアアカウントマネージャー」への昇格も可能です。

【主な業務内容】
アカウントマネージャーの営業活動サポート(提案書・契約書・見積書作成など)
新規企業リストの作成およびアプローチ支援
クライアント・候補者との連絡、スケジュール調整
CRMシステム(Zoho Recruit/Salesforce等)でのデータ入力・管理
求人票の作成・求人媒体への掲載・更新
SNS・Web・メールを活用したマーケティング活動の補助
社内チーム(リクルーター・オペレーション)との連携・情報共有
営業レポートやミーティング資料の作成

【応募資格】
<必須条件>
法人営業、営業サポート、またはマーケティング関連の実務経験(2年以上)
社内外との円滑なコミュニケーション能力
PCスキル(Excel・PowerPoint・CRMツールなど)
日本語ネイティブレベル(ビジネス文書・電話対応ができる方)
英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション力(読み書き・会話)必須

Role Overview
This position supports the HR Services Division in sales and marketing activities.

You will work closely with the Account Manager to prepare proposals, handle client communication, manage CRM data, and support marketing initiatives.

It's an excellent opportunity for professionals with sales or marketing experience who wish to build a career in the HR industry.

The role also offers a promotion path to Junior Account Manager based on performance.

Main Responsibilities
Support Account Managers with proposal, quotation, and contract preparation
Research and assist in approaching new corporate clients
Communicate with clients and candidates; schedule and coordinate meetings
Manage and update data in CRM systems (Zoho Recruit / Salesforce, etc.)
Create and post job listings on relevant platforms
Assist with online and offline marketing activities (SNS, website, email)
Collaborate with Recruiters and Operations teams for smooth workflow
Prepare reports and presentation materials for meetings

Requirements

Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales, sales support, or marketing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
PC proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, etc.)
Native-level Japanese for business communication
Business-level English (reading, writing, and speaking) required

Preferred:
Experience in the HR, staffing, or recruitment industry
Strong data management, analysis, and reporting skills
Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt flexibly

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly salary:
¥350,000–¥400,000 (depending on experience and ability)
