仕事内容
◆三菱重工が成長戦略として取り組むエナジートランジション事業を推進する部門として新設した「GX(Green Transformation)セグメント」にて、GXセグメントの現地工事管理業務をご担当いただきます。
- 部門・業務紹介
工事計画は東京田町にあるオフィスで行い、その後自らが建設現地に赴きます。 「建設」と聞くと現場の厳しい業務を想定される方が多いかもしれませんが、何もない現地でチームを立ち上げ、仲間と共にプラントや交通設備を作り上げるという『巨大なものづくり現場の最前線にいる建設部のプロジェクトマネジメント』には、大きなやり甲斐があります。
具体的な業務内容
・工事計画(オフィス):工事仕様書作成、工事見積、施工要領検討、IT化
・施工管理(建設現地)/現地運営:仮設工事・現地工事の技術指導、安全・工程・進捗・品質・コスト管理。現地事務所運営・統括、試運転、客先折衝などのプロジェクトマネジメント
- 入社後の仕事内容
機械器具設置工事・鋼構造物工事等現地工事における現場管理・監督業務が主になります。
ホームオフィス(田町)では工事計画・図書作成・見積・現地支援業務が主となります。
求める能力・経験・資格
【必須要件】
国内工事現場監督(土木工事、建築工事、機器据付、鉄骨建方、配管工事、塗装工事、断熱工事、築炉工事等いずれか)の経験者で、現地赴任を厭わない方。
PCの基本的なスキルをお持ちの方。
【歓迎要件】
・職長・安全衛生責任者教育・RSTトレーナー
・酸欠・有機溶剤・足場組立・鉄骨建方・玉掛け・型枠支保工等の作業主任者資格
・低圧電気取扱、危険物取扱乙4、ガス溶接技能講習、溶接管理技術者
・建築、土木、電気工事、管工事、電気通信工事、建設機械等の施工管理技士
・機械器具設置・電気通信等の監理技術者
・機械、電気の技術士補・技術士、建築士

高卒/高専卒/専門卒/短大卒/大学卒/大学院卒(文理不問)
