仕事内容
◆三菱重工が成長戦略として取り組むエナジートランジション事業を推進する部門として新設した「GX(Green Transformation)セグメント」にて、GXセグメントの海外現地工事管理業務をご担当いただきます。

  • 部門・業務紹介

工事計画は東京田町にあるオフィスで行い、その後自らが建設現地に赴きます。 「建設」と聞くと現場の厳しい業務を想定される方が多いかもしれませんが、何もない現地でチームを立ち上げ、仲間と共にプラントや交通設備を作り上げるという『巨大なものづくり現場の最前線にいる建設部のプロジェクトマネジメント』には、大きなやり甲斐があります。

具体的な業務内容

・工事計画(オフィス):工事仕様書作成、工事見積、施工要領検討、IT化

・施工管理(建設現地)/現地運営:仮設工事・現地工事の技術指導、安全・工程・進捗・品質・コスト管理。現地事務所運営・統括、試運転、客先折衝などのプロジェクトマネジメント

  • 入社後の仕事内容

海外EPCプロジェクト案件建設現場における現地工事のマネジメント(現場管理・監督業務 or 現地アドミ業務)が主となります。

ホームオフィス(田町)では現地工事計画・事務所/キャンプ運営計画・図書作成・見積・現地支援業務が主となります。

求める能力・経験・資格
【必須要件】

海外プロジェクトの工事現場赴任を志望の方。

PCの基本的なスキルをお持ちの方。

日常英会話ができ読み書きが可能な方。

【歓迎要件】

海外勤務・海外生活の経験がある方。

現地工事監督経験がある方。

ビジネス英語が可能な方。

その他外国語(言語による)が会話できる方。

【学歴】

高卒/高専卒/専門卒/短大卒/大学卒/大学院卒(文理不問)
