Requirements

必須

・有資格者(各国会計・税務資格保有者)

・語学

日本語:ネイティブレベル

英語:スピーキングも含めて堪能であることが望ましいが、リーディング・ライティングができれば可。(フォービス・マザーズの事務所とのやり取りは原則英語となるため。)

・下記1. 2. のいずれかに当てはまる方

  1. 会計事務所等でアウトソーシング業務経験を有される方
  2. 企業にて経理・子会社管理経験を有される方
  3. その他上記関連業務経験を有される方

MUST

・Professional certification: Holder of a recognized accounting or tax qualification (from any jurisdiction).

・Language skills:

Japanese: Native level

English: Business-level proficiency in reading and writing is required; speaking fluency is preferred. (Communication with Forvis Mazars offices will generally be conducted in English.)

・Candidates who meet either of the following criteria:

  1. Those with experience in outsourcing services at an accounting firm or similar organization.
  2. Those with experience in accounting or subsidiary management at a company.
  3. Those with experience in other related fields mentioned above.

東京から各国・地域のForvis Mazarsの事務所(100か国・地域以上)と連携を取りながら以下の領域での業務

・日系企業の海外事業展開にかかる会計アドバイザリー・コーディネーション

・日系企業の海外の既存事業の再編・撤退にかかる会計アドバイザリー・コーディネーション

・海外現地企業のコンプライアンス業務(会計・税務・コーポレートセクレタリー)

・日系企業の親会社への報告支援

・日系企業の親会社の連結決算支援

日系企業(中規模~大規模)の会計アウトソーシング業務

Outsourcing (Outbound)

From the Tokyo office, collaborate with Forvis Mazars offices in over 100 countries and regions to provide the following services:

・Accounting Advisory and coordination for Japanese companies expanding their operations overseas

・Accounting Advisory and coordination for the restructuring or withdrawal of existing overseas operations by Japanese companies

・Compliance support for local overseas entities (including accounting, tax, and corporate secretarial services)

・Assistance with reporting to Japanese parent companies

・Support for consolidated financial reporting of Japanese parent companies

Provide Accounting outsourcing services primarily to medium- to large-sized Japanese enterprises.
