世界的な自動車部品メーカー「ヴァレオ」の自動運転技術などを扱う最先端テクノロジー部門「BRAIN Division」において、総務業務全般を担当いただきます。

【業務内容】

  • ビル、社有車、備品の管理
  • 来客対応、荷物の受け取り
  • 安全衛生委員会の主催
  • 健康診断・ストレスチェックの実施
  • 会社行事の企画・運営(全社会食など)
  • 総務部コストセンターの支払処理(賃料、光熱費など)
  • 会計監査・内部監査対応

品川所属 総務マネージャー

【出張】
現時点ではありませんが、必要に応じてつくばテクノセンターへ年間数回程度の出張ができる方が望ましい(つくばで開催される研修のキックオフなどへの参加)

  • 英語:日常会話レベル(英語に対するアレルギーがなく、学ぶ姿勢がある方)

  • 1~300人程度の規模の事業会社や部署での総務経験がある
  • マルチなプロジェクトをさばいてた経験者

[Position Overview]
You will be responsible for a wide range of general affairs (GA) operations within the BRAIN Division, Valeo's cutting-edge technology division that handles advanced technologies such as autonomous driving systems for this global automotive parts manufacturer.

[Main Responsibilities]

  • Management of office facilities, company vehicles, and office supplies
  • Handling visitors and receiving deliveries
  • Organizing and facilitating the Safety and Health Committee
  • Coordinating annual health checkups and stress assessments
  • Planning and managing company events (e.g., all-hands meetings, staff gatherings)
  • Processing payments for the General Affairs cost center (e.g., rent, utilities)
  • Supporting accounting and internal audits

[Reporting Line]
Reports to the General Affairs Manager, Shinagawa Office

[Business Travel]
No regular business trips are currently required, but occasional travel (a few times per year) to the Tsukuba Technical Center may be necessary for example, to attend kick-off meetings for training sessions.

[Required Qualifications]~

  • Experience in general affairs (such as facility management, office supplies management, etc.) approximately 2,3 years of experience
  • Japanese~ Business level
  • English~ Conversational level (comfortable using English and willing to improve language skills)

[Preferred Qualifications]~

  • English~ Business level
  • Experience working in a foreign-affiliated company
  • Certified First-Class Health and Safety Officer (Daiichi-shu Eisei Kanrisha)

[Ideal Candidate Profile]~

  • Has experience handling general affairs in a business division or company of around 1?300 employees
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Works efficiently and with a sense of urgency
  • Flexible and proactive rather than strictly manual- or rule-driven

  • Annual salary~ 6.8M JPY (negotiable depending on experience and skills)
