[Position Overview]
You will be responsible for a wide range of general affairs (GA) operations within the BRAIN Division, Valeo's cutting-edge technology division that handles advanced technologies such as autonomous driving systems for this global automotive parts manufacturer.
[Main Responsibilities]
- Management of office facilities, company vehicles, and office supplies
- Handling visitors and receiving deliveries
- Organizing and facilitating the Safety and Health Committee
- Coordinating annual health checkups and stress assessments
- Planning and managing company events (e.g., all-hands meetings, staff gatherings)
- Processing payments for the General Affairs cost center (e.g., rent, utilities)
- Supporting accounting and internal audits

Reports to the General Affairs Manager, Shinagawa Office
[Business Travel]
No regular business trips are currently required, but occasional travel (a few times per year) to the Tsukuba Technical Center may be necessary for example, to attend kick-off meetings for training sessions.
