次世代のモビリティを支える自動運転プロダクト「anSWer」において、車両の機能全体を統括・推進するFunction Ownerを募集します。
このポジションでは、カメラ・レーダー・超音波センサーなど複数のセンサーデータに基づくシステム設計を主導し、ソフトウェアや検証チームと連携しながら、開発プロセス全体(Vモデル)を通して製品品質と機能の完成度を保証します。
単なる設計者ではなく、技術的な意思決定を担い、製品全体の成否を握るキーロールです。
■ 業務内容
- 「anSWer」自動運転システムに関する機能の設計および開発リード
- カメラ・レーダー・超音波センサーなど複数技術を組み合わせたシステム機能全体の設計管理
- システム要件の策定および継続的なアップデート
- ステークホルダー要件とのトレーサビリティ管理(双方向)
- システムアーキテクト、ソフトウェアエンジニア、検証・テストチームとの密な協働
- 顧客ミーティングや実車試験(テストドライブ)における技術リード
- 機能ごとのKPI・性能指標の定義と測定戦略の設計
- テスト戦略、テスト環境、テストケースのレビューと改善提案
- 開発プロセス、品質基準、社内外の標準化ルールの遵守
- サプライヤーや関連部門との技術レビューの主導・支援
■必須経験:
- システムエンジニアリング(ASPICE)
- 組み込みソフトウェアの基礎知識
- SoC(システム・オン・チップ)の基礎知識
- ISO 26262(機能安全)
- システム要件の作成経験
- 英語:ビジネスレベル以上
- 日本語:会話レベル以上

■OEMとインターフェースがない方に必要な経験:
- 自動車に関する基礎知識および関連ツール(通信、診断、マイコンなど)
- プロジェクトマネジメントの基礎知識(スケジュール管理、スコープ管理、リソース管理、コミュニケーション)
■歓迎要件:
- ソフトウェアエンジニアリングの知識、AUTOSAR(オートザー)
- モデルベース開発(MBD)- Simulink / Stateflow
- プログラミングスキル - C言語、Python

■ Position Overview
We are seeking a Function Owner for the autonomous driving product "anSWer", which supports the next generation of mobility.
In this role, you will lead the system design based on data from multiple sensors such as cameras, radar, and ultrasonic sensors. Collaborating with software and validation teams, you will ensure product quality and functional completeness throughout the entire V-model development process.
This is not just a design role?you will be responsible for critical technical decisions and hold a key position that determines the overall success of the product.
■ Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of features related to the "anSWer" autonomous driving system
- Manage overall system functionality by integrating multiple technologies (e.g., camera, radar, ultrasonic sensors)
- Define and continuously update system requirements
- Maintain bi-directional traceability between system and stakeholder requirements
- Closely collaborate with system architects, software engineers, and validation/testing teams
- Act as a technical lead in customer meetings and real vehicle testing (test drives)
- Define KPIs and performance indicators for each function and design appropriate measurement strategies
- Review and propose improvements to test strategies, environments, and test cases
- Ensure compliance with development processes, quality standards, and internal/external regulations
- Lead and support technical reviews with suppliers and cross-functional departments
■Requirements Mandatory
- System engineering (ASPICE)
- Embedded Software basic knowledge
- Basic SoC knowledge
- ISO26262
- Experience of writing system requirements.
- English : Business or higher
- Japanese:Conversational level or higher
(For the position involving OEM interaction, business level Japanese is required)
■Required Experience For Candidates Without Direct OEM Interface
- Automotive basic knowledge and related tools(COM, Diag, MCU, etc)
- PM basic knowledge (Schedule, scope, resource manage, communication)
