業務内容・従事すべき業務の変更の範囲

弊社のPDS(プロジェクト開発サービス)チームは、150人を超えるプロジェクト管理の専門家と建設マネージャーで構成されています。要件定義をはじめ、プロジェクトコンサルティング、建設管理、企画、開発、ワークプレイスコンサルティングなど、プロジェクト開発のすべての工程をワンストップで提供しております。PDSチームは設立以来260以上のプロジェクトを成功裏に完了し、建設費は合計38億米ドルにのぼります。また、国境を越えたクロスボーダープロジェクトについても、世界中のJLLオフィスと緊密に連携しております。

―職務概要―

シニアプロジェクトマネージャーとして、社内外のステークホルダーと緊密に連携し、優れたサービスの提供に従事して頂きます。プロジェクトの実施計画立案と計画通りに完了するのは勿論、当社業務の遂行及び計画内での完了に励んで頂きます。

【応募資格】

必須(MUST)

・建築・インテリア・設備に関する総合的(技術・調達・コスト・管理)知識と業務経験

・プロジェクトマネジメント業務に関する知識と業務経験

・プロジェクトマネジメントの実行に必要とされるその他の経験

・日常会話レベルの英語力(シニアプロジェクトマネージャーに関してはビジネスレベルの英語力が必須となります)

歓迎(WANT)

・技術士、一級建築士、一級建築施工管理技士

・宅地建物取引主任者

・認定ファシリティーマネージャー

・認定コンストラクションマネージャー

・PMP

※データセンター(施設)関連のプロジェクトマネジメント業務を経験された方は特に優遇致します

※サステナビリティに関するご経験をお持ちの方、またご興味のある方も歓迎

時間外労働

・30時間見込み残業代(63,908円~125,30円)

・管理監督者: 深夜残業代20時間込み残業代 (22,382円~39,169円)

※固定残業代を超えた場合は、超過分の割り増し分が支払れる。

賃金(想定年収)

・プロジェクトマネージャー:4,080,000円~8,000,000円

・管理監督者以上:8,000,000円~1,400,000円

業績賞与:別途 年一回支給

※ジョブレベルと現年収を考慮する
