仕事概要
グッドバトンとは 産婦人科医・園田正樹が2017年に設立。「それぞれの子育てを歓迎する社会へ。」をビジョンに掲げ、病児保育にとどまらず「産む」「育てる」「育つ」に関わる領域を包括的に支援することを目指しています。 2020年にサービスを開始した「あずかるこちゃん病児保育」は、全国300以上の施設と2県・27市町村に導入されており、病児保育予約サービスにおけるシェアは約7割。現場で広く選ばれているサービスです。 2025年4月には、産後ケア領域に対応した「あずかるこちゃん産後ケア」を新たにリリース。今後も新サービスの開発・提供を通して切れ目のない子育て支援を実現し、安心して産み育てられる社会の実現を目指します。 概要 あずかるこちゃんを契約いただいた施設、自治体に対して導入支援をしていただきます。また顧客である保護者、施設、自治体へのサポートを中心に行っていただきます。 また、システム開発に必要な情報収集を施設や自治体に向けて行っていただくこともあります。 ※今後はカスタマーサクセス部門も立ち上げ予定です。ご協力いただく可能性があります。 ・契約施設、自治体への導入支援(全4回オンライン) ・保護者からの問い合わせ対応(基本的にはメール、必要時のみ電話) ・施設からの問い合わせ対応(基本的にはSlack、必要時のみ電話) ・自治体からの問い合わせ対応(基本的にはメール、必要時のみ電話) ・契約施設に向けた勉強会の運営 ・開発をするにあたって調査が必要な内容を施設に確認する
必須スキル
・病児保育の現場で働いた経験もしくは医療現場で働いた経験 ※現時点では、上記の経験を必須スキルとさせていただいております。 今後、業績の拡大に伴い、ポジションや必須スキルの変更を検討しております。 引き続き、求人情報をご確認いただけますと幸いです。

給与
- 正社員:24万円〜/月 - パートタイム:時給 1,200円~ ※上記は参加フェーズの給与で、能力・貢献に応じて検討します。 ※正社員登用につき試用期間あり。
