化学品・化粧品原料などのスペシャリティケミカル分野のグローバルリーディングカンパニーです。国内外の化粧品会社および大手食品・医薬品メーカーを顧客に堅実な経営基盤を誇ります。

■業務内容
当社の開発部門は、モノづくりを行うマテリアル開発研究所と、市場に合わせた応用研究を行う中央研究所の2つで構成されています。
今回はマテリアル開発研究所における、有機合成化学を用いた化学品の合成に関する研究開発業務になります。界面活性剤、エステル油、ビタミン誘導体などの新規化合物の合成、および既存製品の新規プロセス開発をご担当いただきます。

■業務詳細
・主業務:有機化学合成を用いた合成実験実務(エステル化、エーテル化、アミド化、水素添加など)
・合成に付随する業務(IR、NMRなど簡易分析、安定性試験)
・新製品・新技術の探索・提案
・スケールアップ
・業務マニュアルの作成・改定
・機器の整備と作業環境整備
・会議・プロジェクトへの参画
・学会・業界団体への参画

・応用先は化粧品関連がメインで、そのほか食品や半導体関連となります。自身の開発したものを身近に目にすることもあり、社会貢献を実感することのできるポジションです。

■組織構成
配属先部門は6名で構成されております。チーフ1名(40代前半)、メンバー2名(30代、20代)、契約社員3名の組織です。入社後は組織の中核メンバーとしてご活躍いただくことを期待いたします。
