■職務内容

PlayStationのゲーム機本体、PS Portal、iOS/Android端末、PCなどを対象とする「ゲーム以外」のソフトウェアを開発・運用するチームの募集です。設計、実装、不具合修正、市場での使用・動作状況分析などを行っています。ご希望や経験に応じて、以下のいずれかの分野を担当していただきます。

・システムUIと、その機能(ホーム画面、シェア機能、通知、設定アプリなど)

・フレームワーク、基盤システム、クラウド連携、インテグレーション、開発ツール開発

・映像、音声、入力デバイスのストリーミング技術と応用

また、ソフトウェア・エンジニアが百人単位で従事する大規模プログラムを円滑に推進するため、テクニカル・プログラム・マネージャー(TPM)も募集しています。プログラムリードやステークホルダーと連携し、事業目標に即したスケジュールの策定、リスクマネジメント、合意形成、適切なエスカレーション判断を通じて、技術的な立場からプログラムの成功を支えていただきます。

商品企画、デザイナーと密に連携をとり、新機能や改善を早いサイクルで市場にリリースしていくことを好みます。ユーザー数の多い製品のため、リリースに対する反響が大きく、フィードバックを受け取ることが大きなモチベーションになっています。

■求められるスキル・技術領域

【必須(MUST)】

・初級レベルのC++を使用した開発経験(2年以上)

【歓迎(WANT)】

・C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Swift, Rust, React

・モバイルアプリ、Webアプリ、PCアプリ、組み込み機器開発の経験

・UI設計経験

・Unix系OSの基礎知識、マルチスレッド/マルチプロセス・プログラミング

・TCP/IPやQUIC, HTTP2/3などのネットワーク通信技術

・WebRTCやWebTransportなどのP2P通信技術

・Web APIのクライアント開発経験

・GPU描画処理、シェーダー・プログラミング

・CPU最適化、メモリ削減

・各種codecの使用経験

・コンテンツ保護技術の知識

・設計ドキュメントの作成スキル

・原因不明不具合の解析経験

【求める人物像】

・解決すべき課題を自ら見つけて行動できる

・相手の異見を尊重しつつ、自分の意見を丁寧に伝えられる

・論理的に物事を捉え、課題を洗い出し、問題解決を探求できる

【求められる語学力】

・TOEIC650相当以上の英語力(スコアよりも、仕様書の読解、チャット・メールでの実務経験を重視)
