Our client, a leader in the consumer electronics industry known for high-quality audio products, is seeking an Account Manager to join their Global Sales team.

This role offers the opportunity to maximize business and relationship opportunities with key accounts and distributors, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives.

職務内容 / Key Responsibilities:
戦略的ビジネスを管理し、収益および利益目標を達成する
年間および四半期ごとの成長計画を策定し実行する
主要アカウントとの四半期ビジネスレビューを実施する
小売マーケティングおよびサプライチェーンチームと協力する
新たなビジネス機会やリスクを特定し対処する
主要アカウントとの強力なパートナーシップを構築し維持する
週次予測および原因分析を提供する

  • Manage strategic business to meet revenue and profit targets
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly growth plans
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts
  • Collaborate with retail marketing and supply chain teams
  • Identify and address new business opportunities and risks
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts
  • Deliver weekly forecasts and root cause analysis

資格 / Qualifications:
プレミアム/ラグジュアリーマーケットでの5年以上の営業経験
日本語での流暢なコミュニケーション能力とビジネスレベルの英語力
学士号または同等の学歴

CRMソフトウェア(例:
Salesforce)の使用経験

消費者向け電子機器業界に関する知識
強力な交渉力と競争力のある販売スキル

  • 5+ years of sales experience in premium/luxury market
  • Fluent Japanese communication with businesslevel English
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of consumer electronics industry
  • Strong negotiation and competitive selling skills
