職務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic business to meet revenue and profit targets
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly growth plans
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts
  • Collaborate with retail marketing and supply chain teams
  • Identify and address new business opportunities and risks
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts
  • Deliver weekly forecasts and root cause analysis

資格 / Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in premium/luxury market
  • Fluent Japanese communication with businesslevel English
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of consumer electronics industry
  • Strong negotiation and competitive selling skills
