━━━ポジションについて━━━
連結会計、財務報告、および管理会計機能の改善とデジタルトランスフォーメーション(DX)を推進します。
日常的な業務プロセスの改善とグループ全体の標準化を推進し、すべての事業体にわたる財務運営の一貫性、効率性、スケーラビリティを向上させる責任を負います。
ERP、RPA、AI、およびBI技術を活用することにより、このポジションは財務プロセスの速度、正確性、および透明性を向上させ、グローバルグループ全体で調和の取れた運営を促進します。
━━━Key Responsibilities━━━
Finance DX, Process Improvement, and Group-Wide Standardization
Plan and execute digital transformation (DX) and process improvement initiatives across group-wide finance operations, including consolidation, management accounting, reporting, budgeting, and performance management.
Establish and promote group-wide standardization of accounting and reporting processes to ensure consistency and comparability across all subsidiaries and entities.
Implement and optimize ERP, BI, RPA, and AI technologies to automate, simplify, and integrate core finance workflows.Develop a unified, data-driven decision-making infrastructure integrating financial and operational data.
Redesign the financial system architecture to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and standardization.
Collaborate with Corporate Planning, IT, and Business Units to lead cross-functional DX and operational efficiency projects.
Identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement measures to enhance the quality and speed of financial reporting.
Prepare and streamline group consolidated reports and analytical materials for executive and board-level management decisions.
Digitize and optimize budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to strengthen management control and visibility.

■必須
5年以上の上場企業、グローバル企業、またはコンサルティング会社での会計、財務、連結、または管理会計経験
ERP(SAP、Oracle、NetSuiteなど)の導入またはトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトの実務経験
BIツール(Power BI、Tableauなど)を使用した財務データの分析および可視化の実務経験
プロセス改善、標準化、またはデジタルトランスフォーメーション(DX)イニシアティブにおける実績
ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
ネイティブレベルに日本語スキル
■歓迎
製薬、バイオテクノロジー、またはライフサイエンス業界での経験
IFRS移行または内部統制(J-SOX)プロジェクトの経験
会計または財務プロセスにおけるRPA/AI自動化の知識と実務経験
多国籍環境での英語ベースの管理報告の経験
