Role Overview:
As a key member of the IT services team, this position combines pre-sales expertise, product ownership, and business analysis to drive business growth and deliver innovative solutions.
Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and strategy
Prioritize and manage backlog to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations
Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality results.
Business Analysis
Conduct requirement gathering sessions to understand detailed needs
Perform gap analysis and feasibility studies
Create functional specifications and process flows
Support UAT and validate deliverables Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables to ensure they meet requirements
Presales Ownership
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and create optimal IT service proposals
Prepare and deliver RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, and cost estimations
Conduct product demos and proof-of-concept sessions to explain your value proposition
Work with technical teams to develop high-level architecture that meets customer needs.
Stay updated on market trends We keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and new technologies to effectively position our services.
