シナスタジアは、東京大学発のITベンチャー企業で、『知覚革命で人々に幸せを』というミッションのもと、自動運転車内でのエンタメサービス開発、VR/ARコンテンツ開発・技術開発などを手掛けるテックカンパニーです。 現在は、スマホブラウザ向けメタバースシステム開発や、自動運転やVR/AR/MR関連の技術開発、3DCG制作がなどをメインに、プロダクトの開発をおこなっております。 主な事業・開発 ・自動運転ソフトウェア開発 ・VR/AR/MR関連技術開発 ・VR/AR/MR関連映像・コンテンツ制作 ・XR観光バスツアー事業 ・自動運転車内エンタメ・メディア事業 ・スマホブラウザ向けメタバースシステム開発 ・デジタル3D都市データ向けSDK開発 など 募集について 主要事業の1つである「RideVision」は、「あらゆる移動をエンターテイメントに」を実現する、乗り物に後付け可能なXRシステムです。 RideVision 最初からVR/AR/MRに関する深い知識をお持ちの必要はありません興味があるという方、大歓迎です。 ※現在、ゲームが大好き、元々はVR/AR/MRが詳しくないけど興味があるというメンバーが大活躍してくれています 正社員は少数で、各領域にプロフェッショナリティーを持つ業務委託メンバーが多数在籍しています。 業務委託向けの福利厚生の整備にも着手しており、契約形態に関係なくフラットな関係で、チームとしてプロジェクトを推進しています。 全員フルリモートでSlackやGoogle meetを活用してコラボレーションをしている他、 業務効率の改善につながる施策やツールを積極的に取り入れています。 業務内容 「RideVision」)のXRシステムを活用した新しい価値を提供するプロジェクトを推進しています。 現在、当社はPoC(概念実証)を終えたプロダクトを本格的にスケール・事業成長フェーズへと移行しています。このタイミングで、プロダクトの価値最大化と、開発現場との橋渡しを担えるプロダクトオーナー(PO)を増員し、より迅速かつ精度の高い意思決定体制を強化します。 プロダクトマネージャー(PdM)や各ステークホルダーと連携しながら、ユーザー価値を素早く・正確に届けられるプロダクト推進の中核を担っていただきます。 ・プロダクトバックログの整理、優先順位付け、定期的な見直し ・クライアント、協業先、PdM、経営陣、営業、CSなどとの要求/目的の調整、合意形成 ・プロダクト要件定義、仕様策定、開発チームとの連携/仕様相談 ・開発進行の管理、品質担保、リリース可否の判断 ・リリース後のユーザーフィードバックや指標モニタリング、改善サイクルの実施 ・必要に応じたドキュメント整備、仕様書/議事録作成
必須スキル
・プロダクトオーナーまたは類似の役割における実務経験(2年以上) ・ビジネス要件とユーザー課題を構造的に整理し、技術チームと協働した経験 ・仕様書、要件定義書、議事録などの基本的なドキュメント作成スキル
歓迎スキル
・XR、3D、空間コンピューティングなど関連領域への関心やプロジェクト経験 ・業務上での英語コミュニケーション経験 ・ アジャイル(特にスクラム)の基礎理解、実務経験 ・データドリブンな意思決定経験(GA、BIツール、SQL、AIツールなど) ・ UI/UX改善やユーザービリティ向上に関わった経験 ・BtoC/BtoB SaaS、またはスケール・グロースフェーズのプロダクト推進経験
求める人物像
・エンジニア/デザイナーとフラットに議論し、チームを巻き込める方 ・「何をつくるか」「なぜつくるか」に強いこだわりを持ち、仮説検証型でプロダクトを磨き上げたい方 ・PdMやビジネス側と開発側の間に立ち、最適な着地点を見つけられる方 ・丁寧な仕様書作成/会話の記録を怠らず、着実にプロダクトを進行できる方 ・AIツールなどを活用し、業務効率化や質向上に前向きな方
