求めるスキル・経験
5年以上の要件定義からリリース・運用までのプロジェクトマネジメント経験が必要です。
プロダクトライフサイクル全体にわたり、ロードマップ策定、計画、ローンチ、リリース後の改善まで実務経験。
ステークホルダーとの強力な関係構築力
流暢の日本語力(JLPT N1 またはネイティブ)
英語力(ビジネスレベル、TOEIC 860点以上)
チームビルディング、優先順位付け、複雑な課題解決のスキル
さらに、JIRA や Azure DevOps などのツール使用経験、多文化環境での業務経験をお持ちの方は尚歓迎です。
