With over 400 years of history, this long-established enterprise is launching a greenfield IT initiative to bring computer vision and modern software into the construction industry.

The team tackles large-scale, real-world problems in a highly manual domain, combining enterprise stability with startup-like autonomy.

They are hiring a Product Owner to own the vision and backlog of their core digital product, bridging business and engineering to drive product direction and delivery.

Responsibilities
Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities
Manage the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Conduct customer, market, and competitor research to validate hypotheses
Collaborate closely with management, sales, and engineering teams
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and release planning

Requirements
3y+ experience in product management and product planning
Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into products
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Business-level English and Japanese communication skills

Nice-to-Haves
Agile / Scrum knowledge
IT or digital product literacy (IT passport or higher)
Marketing or market analysis experience
