This product owner position involves a focus on both the blockchain and web3 segments, as well as the web2 segment of our product. You'll play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering top-tier business systems and operational processes, interfacing between the operations team and new technology and code delivery. Your responsibility will be to ensure efficient, error-free processes for our clients and providers.

As a product owner, you'll prioritize feature development, approve user stories, and facilitate transparent communication. Your role extends to shaping and executing product strategy aligned with department goals, engaging in business case development, and ensuring adherence to Agile Scrum processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the overall vision, objectives, and goals, prioritizing the product backlog.
  • Drive product backlog delivery by presenting it to the team, refining user stories, and creating acceptance criteria based on team feedback.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional team relations and contribute to agile team growth.
  • Collaborate daily with scrum teams for story refinement, grooming, and acceptance.
  • Develop UAT test cases, organize testing, track results, and assist in issue resolution.
  • Represent the team to external stakeholders and ensure alignment on team progress.
  • Support the Agile Program and suggest enhancements for process improvement.
  • Drive change effectively and align teams toward objectives.
  • Identify optimization opportunities for quicker and more effective goal accomplishment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build and prioritize workflows and requirements.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment and encourage collaboration.
  • Consistently find ways to enhance customer satisfaction and relationships.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in BtoC or mobile products, preferably as a product manager.
  • Willingness to quickly learn web3 technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills in handling raw data.
  • Experience directing developers in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and knowledge of Agile/SCRUM concepts.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese.

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience in process improvement initiatives.
  • Background in engineering or UI/UX design.
  • Experience with high-traffic products or web3-related projects.
  • Experience in game planning or gamification design.
