Highly skilled Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of RPA and automation tools, including UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving continuous improvement. As the Product Owner for Automation Products, you will be responsible for maximizing product value, managing the product backlog, and representing business needs to cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for automation solutions.
Align product goals with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Backlog Management:
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility.
Ensure clear and actionable user stories for development teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Communicate effectively in Japanese and English with global and local teams.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Drive innovation in automation processes and tools.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Experience:
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in IT or automation projects.
Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath) and Microsoft Power Platform or similar automation systems.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of automation technologies, workflows, and integration.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management best practices.
Core Competencies:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
Language Proficiency:
Bilingual in Japanese and English (JLPT N2 or N3 preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in enterprise automation or digital transformation projects.
Knowledge of process optimization and RPA governance.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
