クラブカウンセラーは、次の業務を担当します。
受電またはメール等によるオーナー様からの予約の受付、ご意見、プログラムや年会費等に関するお問い合わせへの回答を効率よく対応する
発電またはメール等において、オーナー様にプログラム利用の促進、バケーションのプランニングのお手伝いや問題の解決を行う
各電話応対後、VOICEシステムにオーナー様との応対内容のサマリを、英語で入力する
その他、マネジメントよりアサインされる業務を担当する。
Required Qualifications
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキル(お客様に失礼の無い礼儀正しい言葉遣い)
- 英語入力可能なレベルのコンピュータースキル
- 詳細への注意力、自己動機付け、問題解決スキル。
- 自発的に学び、積極的に物事に取り組む姿勢のある人。
- 環境の変化に適応するスキル。
- 日本語(読み書きともに流暢)/英語(基礎会話レベル)
- シフトによる勤務(土曜日を含む)
Preferred Qualifications
- インバウンドコールセンターでの最低2年以上のプロフェッショナルカスタマーサービス経験。
- 旅行業界などの経験
- 接客スキル
