主な業務:
- チームを代表し、全社員が快適で機能的な職場環境で働けるよう支援する
- オフィス運営が円滑に行われるよう、ベンダーや業者との関係を維持する
- 社員やチームからの依頼に迅速かつ丁寧に、タイムリーで質の高い対応を行う
- ファシリティ関連のメンテナンスやプロジェクトにおける計画、調整、スケジューリング、コミュニケーション、進行管理をサポートする
- 各部門や外部パートナー、関係者と信頼関係を築き、円滑な協力体制を整える
- 業務の効率化や職場環境の質を向上させるための戦略と計画を特定する
- 職場のニーズに対応するための概要を作成し、それに応じて対応する(家具のニーズ、オフィスおよびキッチン用品を含む)
- 職場全体の状況を定期的に確認し、家具、オフィス用品、キッチン用品などのニーズに対応する
- より働きやすい職場づくりを目指し、改善の機会を積極的に見つけ出す
- 安全で健康な職場を確保するために、法令遵守された職場環境を維持する
- 必要に応じて、その他、オフィス関連プロジェクトやタスクをサポートする
