Position Description (職務内容)
デリバリーエクスペリエンススペシャリストはストア内での効率性を維持、促進し、生産性の向上に勤める役職です。アドバイザーは設定された目標を達成するために様々なツールを使い、お客様の体験やTeslaアドバイザーそしてマネジメントチームのサポートを積極的にし、効率や生産性の向上に努めます。

Responsibilities (責任範囲)
お客様のニーズに合った納車説明と準備を行う
お客様へ最高な体験をお届けするために、生産性を高くし、遅れをなくすため1日ごと、そして1週間ごとのレポートを作成、デリバリーのパフォーマンスの分析をする
納車スケジュールを最大化する
Tesla Advisor(営業)と密に連携し、お客様へスムーズな納車ができるようサポートし、必要に応じてオペレーションズアドバイザーよりお客様へ納車に関する連絡を入れる
サポートチーム(オーダーオペレーションズ、車両登録、中古車、フリート)やサービス、ロジスティクスと密に連携を図り、納車や車両移動等あらゆる動きをシームレスに調整する
セールス&デリバリーを含むビジネスニーズに応じた追加のタスクやプロジェクトを果たす
Teslaエコシステムに関連するすべてのプレゼンテーション、販売、デリバリーをできるようにする
社内トレーニングや新入社員教育に協力する
Requirements
【必須(MUST)】
普通運転免許証を保持し、2年以上の運転経歴があり、無事故無違反であること
【歓迎(WANT)】
2年以上の実務経験、サービスを中心とした業界での目標を達成した実績(自動車の専門知識は必須ではありません)
組織的な行動が可能でコミュニケーションに長けている
積極的にチームに貢献し、目標の達成に熱心であること
問題解決能力、複数のプロジェクトに優先順位をつけ、ビジネスに不可欠な期限を厳守する能力を持っていること
細かいことに気づくことができ、レポーティングツールを駆使することができる
