Job Description
In your new role you will: 担当製品(マイコン、電源IC)

パワートレインを中心とするアプリケーション向けインフィニオン製品(マイコン、電源ICなど)について、日本の市場を理解し、販売戦略を立案・実行し、インフィニオン本社や営業・技術エンジニア、さらに代理店と協力しつつ売り上げの最大化を図るプロダクト・マーケティング業務です

具体的には駆動インバーター、車載充電器、電源コンバーター、バッテリー管理システム、サーマルマネジメント、エンジン、変速機などになります

日本の自動車部品メーカーや自動車メーカーなどのお客様とインフィニオン本社との間のコマーシャル面での窓口として、顧客の要求を理解しインフィニオン本社チームに伝えるとともに、インフィニオンの戦略に沿って顧客への提案を行います

  • 市場調査、ビジネス戦略立案と中期・長期計画の策定
  • 製品プロモーション資料の準備、関係部署や代理店と協力しての製品プロモーションの実行・支援
  • 担当製品の価格見積もりや価格戦略の立案・実行、フォーキャストの管理
  • 技術エンジニアと協力し、将来のニーズやアプリケーションや製品トレンドを把握、社内共有・議論
  • 関係部署に対するトレーニングの企画と実施
  • 広報活動の支援

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • 半導体製品のマーケティング、営業やエンジニアの経験(5年以上)、車載半導体経験があれば尚可 あるいは自動車メーカーや自動車部品メーカーでの設計業務などを通じて半導体に関わった経験がある方で、マーケティング業務に興味ある方
  • マイコンの販売 又は 使用経験(プログラミングができなくても可)
  • 自動車用電動パワートレイン(インバータ・バッテリー・車載充電器)の経験があれば尚可
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力(TOEIC700点以上で対面でのコミュニケーションがとれる)
  • ネイティブ並みの日本語のコミュニケーション能力
  • チームでの業務を遂行できる方
  • PCの基本的なスキル
  • 理工系出身者、理工系学位を有する方 歓迎
  • 履歴書、職務経歴書(日本語・英語)で応募してしてください
