Key job responsibilities
小規模施設の複数新規開所プロジェクトにおいて、建築・電気・空調・衛生・消火設備について発注者として設計監理業務を 行い、それらの工事計画を社内外の関係者と協同してまとめ、常に安全を最優先し計画通りにプロジェクトを完了させます。すべての関係者に敬意を払い優れたコミュニケーション能力と、折衝力を持ち合わせていることが求められます。
A day in the life
新規開所プロジェクトにおいて複数のプロジェクトを同時に担当していただきます。計画フェーズでは、自身の担当プロジェクトの実施承認を得るために、設計提案、コスト、スケジュールなどの計画をまとめます。工事フェーズでは発注者として工事監理を行い、安全に計画通り進捗しているか確認します。部内定例ミーティングとチームミーティングがそれぞれ週1回開催されており、そこで情報共有を図っています。出張など所属サイト以外での勤務は平均すると週1回程度あり、遠隔地の場合は宿泊を伴う出張もあります。また、フレックス勤務を導入し、個人のライフイベントを迎えながらキャリアを長期的に築いていける環境もあります。
About The Team
立上げを担うチームメンバーはマネージャーを合わせて8名います。チームで担当しているビジネスユニットはFulfillment Center、Sort Center、Delivery Station、Sub Same Dayと4つとなります。ビジネスユニットにより建物規模は違いますが、業務内容は類似しており、メンバー間の知識の共有とリソース配分を柔軟に変化させることで1年間にローンチする全拠点をこのチームで対応しています。
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Knowledge of continuously operating redundant electrical systems, cooling systems, air flow containment systems, and building management systems
5+ years of construction or project management experience
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint
Experience writing business strategy documents and plans
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience:
- ・小規模~中規模の改修工事現場での施工管理経験者 延床100㎡-1000㎡程度
- ・改修工事で2000万円以上の工事について現場代理人、主任技術者経験
- ・建築、電気、管工事における一級施工管理技士もしくは同等の知識と経験
- ・CADでの作図経験およびPCスキル(Auto CAD)
- ・ビジネスレベルの英語力(会議が進行できる、ビジネス文書がかける)
