What You'll Do
As a member of our consulting team, you'll work alongside some of the world's top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society.
You'll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career—at BCG and beyond.
What You'll Bring【Qualification】
We are looking for candidates who meet the following two criteria:
Available to join in 2026 or 2027.
Currently enrolled in a university outside Japan and fall into one of the following categories:
PhD or equivalent (e.g., EdD, PsyD, DBA)
MD or equivalent (e.g., DO, MBBS, DDS/DMD, DNP, PharmD, DVM)
JD or equivalent (e.g., LLB with licensure to practice)
Postdoctoral researcher
Medical trainee (e.g., resident, intern, fellow)
Practicing physician
Current non-MBA master's student with full-time work experience after completing their bachelor's degree and/or who has already obtained a JD, MD, or PhD
