【AF】Key Account Strategy Specialist


AF事業部のEP製品・WATCHMANの販売において、より付加価値のある営業アクションを問題発見・計画立案・社内外への迅速な実行を通じて達成する。施設戦略およびSales育成を通じた各種戦略的なサービスの提供により、AFアカウントの販売目標の達成ならびに全国の施設にAF(One Cardiology)アカウント攻略に影響を与えていく。

【Role & Responsibility(役割と責任)】
<主たる業務責任>
・AF(EP+WATCHMAN)としての新たな価値提供を通じたアカウント攻略プランの立案と実行(EP+WATCHMAN年間販売目標の達成)
・重要顧客(①ロイヤルカスタマー維持、②難航施設攻略)の売上最大化を目指した現場直接支援
・重要顧客において、ローカルチームの自立運営を可能にする現場担当者の営業・臨床トレーニング
・戦略的なGPOのマネジメント
・利益を最大化する契約ビジネスの立案とHCP・ステークホルダーへのネゴシエーション、契約締結、モニタリング(可能性がある施設であればICビジネスも加味する)
・AF戦略を実行するための市場分析(マーケットポテンシャル、顧客ニーズ、価格戦略、ステークホルダーの顧客情報の集約、競合の活動把握)を行い、必要時戦略のリバイス・アップデートを行う
・One Cardiology施設戦略のプランニングと実行

・AFとしての年間販売目標の達成(アカウント、全国)
・事業部を超えた戦略の浸透と実行件数
・対象者の臨床スキルレベルアップ
・担当GPOのシェア推移
・契約ビジネスの達成率
