主な業務内容:


• 営業チームと連携して顧客向け見積書を作成・管理


• 顧客注文を正確にERPシステムに入力・処理


• 注文状況を監視し、適時納品が行えるよう社内各部門と調整
• 請求書の適切な記録と支払い処理を会計部と連携して確認
• 見積書、注文書、請求書の整理された記録を維持


• オフィスの備品調達や施設サービスの調整など、一般的なオフィス管理をサポート
• 日本における社内外の関係者との連絡窓口として対応
• 地域の規制および会社の方針の遵守を確保 あなたのプロフィール


• オフィス管理、営業サポート、または注文処理の実務経験


• ERPおよびCRMシステム(例:SAP、Oracle、Microsoft Dynamics など)の知識
• 細部への注意力および組織力
• 日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力(書面および口頭)


• 自立して業務を遂行し、複数の優先事項を管理する能力


• Microsoft Office Suite(Excel、Word、Outlook)の熟練度
• 多国籍企業や製造業での経験

The rise of DEHN Japan just started and we are searching a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager
to oversee and coordinate administrative and commercial operations in our Japan office. This role is critical in ensuring smooth internal processes from quotation preparation to order processing and invoice verification. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day office activities.

Your tasks.

  • Prepare and manage customer quotations in coordination with the sales team
  • Process and enter customer orders accurately into the ERP system
  • Monitor order status and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery
  • Liaise with accounting to ensure proper invoice booking and payment processing
  • Maintain organized records of quotations, orders, and invoices
  • Support general office administration, including procurement of office supplies and coordination of facility services
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in Japan
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

Your profile.

  • Proven experience in office administration, sales support, or order processing
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and invoice workflows
