About this opportunity:
Ericsson invites applications for an Assistant who will provide critical support to managers and unit leadership. This role requires adept coordination, decision-making on behalf of managers, and proactive project administration within Ericsson's internal processes, systems, and tools. You will optimize administrative workflows to allow leaders to focus on core business activities, while upholding the highest standards of integrity in accordance with CoBE, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption policies. Join a small, collaborative support team serving ~130 staff, dedicated to streamlining operations, ensuring smooth interdepartmental communication, and enabling staff to concentrate on primary tasks without administrative delays. The team thrives on agility, problem-solving, and mutual support, and the role will help manage increasing workloads, enhance coordination, and maintain high operational standards during growth.

What you will do:

  • Act as a steward of information, ensuring organization and compliance in our document management systems.
  • Administer orders, invoices, and reimbursements keeping in line with Ericsson policies.
  • Assist with system-related queries and escalations, ensuring proper access management and information security.
  • Conduct travel arrangements, visa processes, and facilitate employee mobility as per regulations.
  • Handle entry and exit administration, supporting the smooth transition of employees and consultants.
  • Provide leadership support, managing scheduling, meeting arrangements, and official communications.
  • Coordinate to enhance administrative routines and processes, ensuring optimal effectiveness.
  • Foster internal and external networks, share knowledge, and drive administrative issues to resolution.
