<お任せする業務>

同社の急成長を支える「インハウスリクルーティング体制の構築と成果創出」をミッションとし、採用戦略の企画立案から実行までを幅広くお任せします。

<具体的な業務一覧>

  • 採用戦略の企画・実行

・各部門責任者との採用要件定義

・求人媒体の選定、運用、効果検証(ビズリーチ、Wantedly等)

・ターゲット人材へのスカウト文作成、送信、歩留まり改善

  • 採用チャネルの多様化

・社員紹介(リファラル)を促進する施策の立案と実行

・採用オウンドメディアやSNSを活用した採用ブランディング企画

  • 選考・オペレーション

・採用面接、社員面談の実施

・求職者対応全般

年収:400~600 万円 月給制 基本給:221000円残業代:固定残業代制 固定残業時間:45時間 固定残業代:79000円 超過分は全額支給 変動手当:住宅手当 勤務地から3km圏内かつ家賃が月5万円以上の場合通勤手当:あり 実費支給 (上限あり30000円) 賞与:なし 昇給:あり 年2回(4月・10月)
