仕事内容:
【雇入直後】都内管理物件に常駐している日常清掃員を指導・サポートする業務
具体的な内容は以下のとおりです。
・新たに着任した清掃アルバイトの方への作業方法の指導
・担当現場を巡回し清掃品質のチェック
・アルバイト清掃員が休みの際の代勤 など
複数人のチームで連携をとりながら業務を行います。そのため一人作業よりチームワークが得意な方・好きな方を歓迎いたします。また、当社は業界未経験者の入社が多いです。経験者でも未経験者でも丁寧に指導させていただきます。
現在事業拡大のため、現在は常時社員を募集しております。
池袋の本社勤務となり、各管理物件を巡回し業務を行っていただきます。

週5日の勤務(月〜金曜勤務) 月平均20.4日勤務
7:00~15:30(実働7.5h)
