トランスパーフェクト東京オフィスで、Final Eye Specialist を募集しております。翻訳/ローカリゼーションプロジェクトの最終段階で、校正や要件に準拠しているかなどの確認を行う重要なポジションです。

【業務内容】

  • Understand TransPerfect's quality standards and making sure they are upheld
  • Understand the client's expectations and making sure they are upheld
  • Be familiar with the life-cycle of a normal job
  • Have a keen eye for detail, manage their time effectively, communicate information or feedback clearly to the Production teams, and be able to work comfortably in MS Office and PDF formats
  • Consult with the Project Managers to discuss the client's expectations or specifications
  • Properly utilize all appropriate supplemental materials (refer to client style guides, reference material, glossaries, etc.)
  • Proofread all documents with a strong focus on names, numbers, missing text, punctuation/spelling, grammar, adherence to instructions, proper use of glossaries/translation memory/reference materials or other significant issues
  • Provide feedback to Project Managers or others who are involved in the project
  • File Compliance Reports as needed to document issues and drive improvement
  • Deliver projects to the client on the client's preferred platform, making sure that the delivery includes all the necessary files and follows the client's guidelines as required
  • Complete any other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

  • Japanese native level speaker with conversational level English skill
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Exceptional problem solving/critical thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, focus and result-orientation under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong MS Office/computer skills and Adobe software products
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent

【インターナショナルなチームメンバー】

【基本的な採用プロセス - 3~4週間】

人事電話面接(日本語)→ ご自宅でのテスト→東京のチームメンバーとのオンライン面接(日本語)→最終オフィス面接(日本語)

※面接の順序や回数が変更される場合もございます。

【年収・給与】

  • 年俸制:350~400万円
  • 社会保険完備
  • 交通費支給(月額上限3万円)

【労働時間および休日】

  • 月~金 9:00-19:00の間で労働8時間+休憩1時間
  • 週休2日制(土日祝日)、有給休暇(初年度15日)、誕生日休暇、慶弔休暇、育児休暇、傷病休暇

【契約形態】

1年目は契約社員(最初の6ヶ月は試用期間)、2年目より双方合意のうえ正社員に移行

※契約社員の間も、給与、社会保険、有休日数などの待遇は正社員と同等です。

  • オフィス内完全禁煙
  • ハイブリット勤務(オフィス勤務3日)※トレーニング期間中はマネジャーの指示に合わせていただきます。
