今期9期目を迎える当社にて、企業の成長をダイレクトに支援するメイン事業である「外部人事・採用コンサルティング(Sparkパートナー事業)」のコアメンバーを募集します。

・人事担当としての採用業務

・採用プロジェクトの提案~実行

・RPOパートナーの集客/管理

勤務時間・曜日:

平日 9:00〜18:00(フルフレックス、コアタイムなし)

休暇・休日:

・完全週休二日制(土日祝)

・年間休日130日以上(年末年始休暇 / 夏季休暇 / GW休暇 / 有給休暇 / 特別休暇 / 慶弔休暇 / リフレッシュ休暇)

・有給休暇(入社半年後10日〜勤続年数に応じて最大20日)

※年次有給休暇推進(5日以上)、長期休暇取得可能(10日間以上)

勤務地:

※基本的にはリモートワークでの勤務となりますが、月1回対面でのMTGを実施する場合がございます。

給与:

月額:30万円〜40万円(経験・スキルにより変動有)

【年収例】

420万円(20代/入社1年目/メンバー)

490万円(20代/入社2年目/マネージャー)

560万円(30代/入社3年目/事業部長)
