職務内容

• About the project

One of our financial domain clients has multiple projects as part of moving applications to the standard infrastructure.

This role requires strong bilingual communication skills to bridge business and technical teams across Japan and offshore locations.

• Role

・Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

・Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

・Drive the transition from other vendors

・Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

・Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

・Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

・Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

・Report and escalate to management as needed

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

・Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

・Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

登録資格

• Required

・Proficiency in Japanese (N1 or above) and English.

・10-12 years of experience as a onsite Project Manager

Experience with legacy conversion

・Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and data technologies espcially AWS, Snowflake, Talend

・Experience in Data Operation and Maintenance, AMS

・Experience in AMS transition

・Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

・Excellent written and verbal communication skills

・Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

・Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

・Outstanding organizational skills

・Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field

• Nice to have

・PMP or Scrum master certification is a plus

・Experience in leading multiple projects

・Web development background

・Willing to manage Operation Projects

月給:経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定

裁量労働手当:有(80,000円/月支給)

残業手当:なし

- 時間管理グレードでの採用の場合、残業代支給有り、裁量労働手当の支給は無し

昇給:都度

賞与:あり

9:00〜18:00
