職務内容

• About the project

Project Manager will drive business analysis and stakeholder engagement across different airline applications.

This role requires strong bilingual communication skills to bridge business and technical teams across Japan and offshore locations.

• Role

• Lead business analysis activities across projects in the airline domain.

• Engage with Japanese stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.

• Translate airline business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.

• Manage scope, timelines, and deliverables for BA workstreams.

• Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and UAT sessions.

• Support change management, training, and documentation efforts.

• Ensure traceability of requirements through delivery and testing.

登録資格

• Required

• Proficiency in Japanese (N1 or above) and English.

• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

• Ability to work across onsite/offshore teams and manage cross-cultural communication.

• Nice to have

• Experience in Airline domain.

• Deep understanding of airline systems (e.g., PSS, GDS, NDC, Ticketing, Fares)
