仕事内容:

高校生の進路支援事業「NEWGATE」事業部にて、高卒・非大卒に特化した就職サイト「NEWGATE COMPANY」に求人広告を掲載する企業、高卒新卒採用に興味がある企業の開拓や高校での就職イベントの開催〜運営などをお任せします。

■クライアントサイド

高卒採用をはじめ、採用に課題のある企業さまへのコンサルティング営業

~仕事の流れ~

▼高卒採用をはじめ、採用に課題のある企業の新規開拓

別事業や新規で獲得した顧客の中から、採用ニーズがある企業に対して採用課題のヒヤリングを行います。

▼ヒヤリング内容に応じてコンサルティング提案の検討と策定

自社内の「高卒新卒・中途採用支援事業」「採用ブランディング事業」「外国人採用事業」など総合的なコンサルティング内容を立案

▼受注して終わりではなく、初期契約後から採用課題が解決するまで継続的に支援をします

採用状況をヒアリングしながら、必要に応じた別提案などでフォローを行います。

■学校サイド

ミッションは、高卒採用に特化したイベントを開催し、学生に興味を持ってもらうこと。

主に進路担当の先生に対し、就職イベントを提案します。

学校内や別会場などに参加企業を招致し、イベントの開催〜運営までを担います。

・年間休日130日以上(年末年始休暇 / 夏季休暇 / GW休暇 / 有給休暇 / 特別休暇 / 慶弔休暇 / リフレッシュ休暇)

・有給休暇(入社半年後10日〜勤続年数に応じて最大20日)

※基本的にはリモートワークでの勤務となりますが、月1回対面でのMTGを実施する場合がございます。

月額:30万円〜40万円(経験・スキルにより変動有)
