We are seeking an IT Business Solution Manager for our Japan Team, who will act as the primary internal consultant and project leader for the implementation of Oracle (Oracle Fusion).
You will be the key business partner for the Operations, Sales, and Finance teams, translating their requirements into functional system solutions.
You will manage the full project lifecycle, including implementation of surrounding systems, and act as the Level 1 support lead after go-live, ensuring Japan's local needs are met within the APAC and Global IT governance structure.
【求められる経験・スキル / Required Experience And Skills】
■ 10+ years of experience in business solution analysis or IT project management.
■ Deep experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, OMS, EDI, and Sales & Planning systems.
■ Proven ability to create BRDs and functional designs independently.
■ Language / 言語: Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent), Business-level English.
