Japan End User Support(EUS)
IQVIAのIT部門はグローバル組織であるGTO(Global Technology & Operations)に属しており、Japan EUSはその中のETS(Enterprise Technology Services)に所属しています。
ETSは全従業員に対してITインフラと基盤サービスを提供・運用・保守する中核的な部門です。
【主な業務内容】
本ポジションは、Japan EUSチームの中核メンバーとして、以下の領域を横断的にリード・推進していただきます:
- M&A対応:買収先企業に対するITデューデリジェンス、統合計画の策定・実行(インフラ、アプリケーション、セキュリティ、従業員体験など)、統合後の運用設計およびグローバルチームとの連携
- プロジェクトマネジメント(PM):Japan拠点におけるIT関連プロジェクトの計画・推進・進捗管理。特にGRE(Global Real Estate)関連のオフィス移転・新設・閉鎖に伴うITセットアップや撤去プロジェクト
- Business Engagement Manager(BEM):各部門のITニーズの把握、グローバルITとの連携によるソリューション導入(要件定義、優先順位付け、日英翻訳、進捗管理含む)
- 監査対応:内部統制、セキュリティ、コンプライアンスに関するIT監査の準備・対応
- IT資産・インフラ管理:ネットワーク、AV機器、セキュリティ、IT資産の管理・運用
このポジションは、グローバルとローカルの橋渡し役として、戦略的かつ実務的なリーダーシップが求められます。
役割への期待
- 1〜3ヶ月:業務領域と関係者の理解、チームおよびグローバルとの関係構築
- 3〜6ヶ月:担当プロジェクトの主体的な推進、M&AやGRE関連業務のリード
- 6ヶ月〜1年:複数領域を横断したプロジェクト牽引、チームの中核人材として活躍
【求める人物像】
- 社内IT領域における実務経験(10年以上)
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験(5年以上)
- M&AプロジェクトまたはIT統合に関する実務経験
- IT監査または内部統制に関する知識
- オフィス移転・新設・閉鎖に伴うIT対応経験
- 各部門との業務要件定義・調整経験
- 国内外プロジェクトにおけるPM経験
- 日本語:ビジネスレベル(ネイティブ)/英語:ビジネスレベルの読み書き・会話
