- ITを最適化する上で、現状の業務プロセスを元に、あるべき姿の業務プロセスを定義し、業務要件を整理
- 業務要件より、ソリューションを検討し、新業務の詳細運用方法を構築していく
- 新業務への実装作業の支援を行い、効果測定・運用のブラッシュアップを進める
- ポイント:
- いかに短期間で、お客様のゴール(課題も含め)・業務要件を理解するか
- PTCベストプラクティス、製品機能・特徴の理解⇒PTCベストプラクティスや作業の進め方・成果物は、グローバルで標準化されている
- これまでに失敗した・初めての導入といったお客様を安心させ、ゴールに向かってリードできるか(信頼関係の構築)
主な担当業務
- 顧客要件を満たすために割り当てられたプロジェクトタスク(アプリケーション実装に対する計画、分析、開発、検証など)を実施する
- 顧客要件の分析と文書化を支援し、PTCソリューションの設計と成果物の納品に貢献する
- 現行の業務プロセスを調査し、問題、複雑度、非付加価値ステップ、及び改善可能な非効率プロセスを特定する
- 特定された課題に対するソリューションを提案し、あるべき姿の業務プロセスを構築する
- PTCテクノロジーのケイパビリティと定義されたユースケースを確実に理解し、顧客の業務プロセスをテクノロジーにマッピングする
- ワークショップに参加し、その中での各セッションのファシリテート及び支援を行う。また、ワークショップの作業結果を確認し、結果が正確かつ一貫したもので、顧客要件を満たすものであることを確認する
- プロセス分析からアプリケーション設計まで、プロジェクトの成果物の作成をリードする
- PTC製品のコンフィギュレーションやカスタマイゼーションに対する知識を十分に持ち、それらを確認および検証し、改善策を提案する
- 担当作業に対し、細かな支援や監視が必要なく、確実に作業を遂行する能力を明確に示す
- 良好な顧客関係を築き、PTC製品とカスタムソリューションのプレゼンテーションを行う
必要なスキル&経験
- 大卒以上(情報工学もしくは機械工学)
- 製造業における設計や生産管理業務の経験、各業務内容に対する深い知識、あるいはPLM、PDM、ERPなどのパッケージソフトウェアの導入プロジェクトの経験をお持ちの方
- 顧客との信頼関係を構築できるコミュニケーションスキルをお持ちの方
- 日本語:ネイティブレベル 英語:英文メール、文書の読み書きができるレベル
