As an
Application Support Consultant
, you will be part of our technology and digital teams, supporting our clients in maintaining, optimizing, and evolving their applications and systems.
You will act as a bridge between users, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of applications.
Your missions
- Provide technical and functional support for business-critical applications
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and propose corrective actions
- Manage incident resolution and service requests according to SLA standards
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to analyze and solve complex issues
- Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and ensure follow-up on recurring incidents
- Participate in application testing, updates, and deployment support activities
- Support users by ensuring effective communication and training when required
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in application support, system analysis, or IT consulting
- Strong knowledge of SQL, scripting, and ITIL processes
- Experience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Japanese.
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in an international environment

Brief Call
: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you
Interviews
(the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities
Case study
: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
