仕事内容:

大手通信企業のグループ会社で、基地局建設工事に関する業務をお願いします。

<通信事業の基地局建設工事で発生する設備撤去>

・業務改善の検討(業務フロー見直し、他部署調整など)、産廃処理の検討

・新規パターン発生時の業務整理(業務フロー構築)と資料作成

・関係各署(他部署)の調整と問合せ窓口対応

・倉庫管理(部材管理・再利用促進・データ整備)

・書類作成・不備確認(撤去設備と資産の紐づけ)、パートナー・他部署との対応

・管理表の入力・システム登録、報告書の作成

※Excel等を使用した集計/PowerPointを使用した資料作成

<決算処理(月次)>

・管理案件の発注・検収処理

・固定資産の移動・除却処理、準備(ビッグデータ抽出・突合、システム登録等)

・外出:年1~3回(委託先の倉庫監査、基地局で固定資産の現地棚卸、研修センター)

※移動手段:公共交通機関もしくは自動車(派遣スタッフによる運転は無し)
