Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an End User Support Specialist based in Tokyo. The End User Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting, addressing issues with desktop computers, printers, and hardware components. They will ensure smooth operations by diagnosing and resolving technical problems, configuring systems, and maintaining hardware resources. Collaborating with internal teams, the specialist will also document solutions and support users in understanding and adopting IT tools and resources.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting expertise to identify, diagnose, and resolve IT issues effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware to ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Hands-on experience with Printer setup and maintenance to provide uninterrupted workspace support.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to explain technical solutions clearly and maintain records.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, on-site environments and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English for seamless communication is an advantage.
