About the Role:
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert to oversee and monitor the work of raters who evaluate machine-translated song lyrics from Korean to Japanese.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing the raters' assessments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
You will also provide constructive feedback and guidance to raters to help improve their evaluation practices. Your expertise will play a key role in maintaining high-quality outcomes and driving continuous improvement in the evaluation process.Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess machinetranslated lyrics for meaning, fluency, and naturalness.
- Provide quality ratings based on predefined evaluation criteria.
- Identify issues such as mis translated words and provide correction of the errors.
- Maintain consistent and objective judgment throughout the review process.

Required Qualifications:- Nativelevel or nearnative proficiency to translate Korean to Japanese script.
- Strong understanding of linguistic nuances, idiomatic expressions, and cultural context in both scripts.
- Ability to focus on detail and maintain concentration over large volumes of content.
- Proven experience as a professional translator or strong background in translation, localization, or linguistic quality evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate translation quality with attention to language accuracy, fluency, and explicitness.
- Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to improve quality standards and guide raters.
- [Nice to have] Experience using online evaluation tools or platforms.
