【地盤調査スタッフ|未経験から手に職/直行直帰で自由度】

―― 建物づくりのスタート地点を守る、シンプルで安定した仕事 ――

家を建てる前に必要な"地盤チェック"。

あなたにお任せしたいのは、その最初の工程を担当する調査スタッフです。

難しい専門知識は不要。

使用する機械もボタン操作が中心で、入社後に1つずつ覚えればOK。

今いるスタッフのほとんどが「知識ゼロ」から始めています。

・入社後1〜1.5ヶ月は必ず先輩が同行して完全サポート

・事務所へ出社なし毎日自宅から現場へ直行直帰

・普通免許(AT可)があればスタートできる

・会社負担で自宅近くに駐車場を用意

・ガソリンカード・ETC支給で立替なし

・1人でコツコツ進める作業が好きな人にピッタリ

  • 仕事内容

住宅を建てる予定の土地に行き、

機械をセット 地面の固さを測る データ入力

が基本の流れです。

<具体的には…>

・専用機械を決められた位置に設置

・地面に一定の力を加えて数値を測定

・測定したデータをスマホやPCに入力

・必要な日のみ、帰宅後に簡単な報告書を作成(30分ほど)

※判断は専門部署が行うため、あなたは「測定して送るだけ」。

※手順通りに動けば誰でも覚えられる内容です。

07:00 自宅から1件目の現場へ直行

08:00 調査開始

10:00 作業終了 次の現場へ移動

11:00 2件目の調査

13:00 作業終了 昼休憩

14:00 3件目の調査

16:00 業務終了 自宅へ直帰

17:00 帰宅

  • 未経験でも安心できる理由

・一人立ちまでは1ヶ月〜1ヶ月半

・既存スタッフが横について、手順をゼロからレクチャー

・全員"完全初心者スタート"なので、気持ちを理解してくれる

・現場作業は基本1人だが、困ったときはすぐ相談できる体制あり

・普通自動車免許(AT限定OK)

・調査機械や車両の管理は会社がサポート

・労災リスクに配慮した研修制度あり

・社用車での通勤、ガソリン・高速代はすべて会社負担

・短期離脱は不可のため、最低1年の継続を前提とした契約
