ポジションの目的(Purpose)
当社の採用力強化と育成基盤の整備を担うポジションです。採用を中心としてその他人事管轄業務(CSR・エンゲージメント、トレーニングサポート等)を推進し、ビジネスの成長に直結する人材獲得・定着を実現します。
主な職務
- 主業務:採用・その他人事管轄業務
(採用)
- 採用計画の立案・実行(採用要件定義、選考プロセス設計、採用KPIの可視化及び改善)
- 候補者ソーシング(リファラル、SNS/プロフェッショナルネットワーク活用、イベント、ダイレクトリーチ)とパイプライン構築
- 人材管理システムを活用した応募管理・記録、候補者体験の向上
- 面接調整、選考評価の整合、オファーレター作成・通知、ハイアリングマネージャーとの連携
- 採用プロセスのコンプライアンス(社内方針・法令)遵守、入社オリエンテーションサポート、記録の保管
(CSR・従業員エンゲージメント・その他人事管轄業務)
- 社内CSR/コミュニティ連携の企画運営支援
- エンゲージメント施策(イベント、コミュニケーション)推進
必要に応じたHRプロジェクト参画
サポート業務:トレーニング関連支援
- オンボーディング/オリエンテーションの運営支援、研修スケジュール調整サポート等
応募資格
(必須要件)
- カスタマーサービス・マインド
- PCスキル:MS Officeの基本的操作経験
- マルチタスク能力/レジリエンス/アダプタビリティ
- 学習意欲:労働基準法等の人事関連知識の習得に前向きであること
- 英語・日本語:読み書き・会話のコミュニケーション力
- ディテール志向/高い倫理観

- 部署への採用ポジション詳細聞き取りから採用クロージングまでを含む、採用業務全般の経験
- プレゼンテーションスキル:ゼロから資料作成した経験。
- 採用領域でのATS運用、候補者体験/雇用主ブランディング改善の実務経験
