ポジションの目的(Purpose)
当社の人事オペレーション基盤を強化し、従業員体験の向上と法令・社内規程遵守をリードする役割です。
主にCompensation & Benefits(C&B)と人事総務領域の実務支援を担い、健康診断や労働安全衛生委員会の運営などの必須コンプライアンス業務、HRIS/人事ファイル管理、入社オリエンテーション等を通じて、スムーズなHR運用を実現します。
主な職務(Key Responsibilities)
主業務:C&B/HR総務支援(約80%)
- 労働安全衛生委員会の運営サポート(議事録、是正アクション追跡、委員調整)と法定健康診断の実施・記録管理。
- HRISへの正確なデータ登録・更新、人事ファイルの作成・保管、オリエンテーション運営支援。
- 採用・異動・入社関連の書類フロー整備、社内標準・法規(労働基準法等)に基づくコンプライアンスのモニタリング。
- C&B関連の実務支援(給与・手当データの整合、外部サーベイ情報の整理、職務評価・等級情報の更新、基本的なペイ・エクイティ観点のチェック支援)。
- 人事データレポートの作成(従業員数、人事KPI、健康診断進捗等)。
その他の業務:CSR・従業員エンゲージメント・その他HR活動(約20%)
- 社内CSR活動の企画・運営支援(ボランティア、地域連携等)。
- エンゲージメント施策(社内イベント、コミュニケーション施策)運営サポート。
- 必要に応じたHRプロジェクト参画(社内ガイドライン整備、監査対応等)。
