Responsibilities
Overview:
Seeking an experienced HR Generalist / Manager to lead key HR functions, including recruitment, training, payroll, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run daytoday HR operations across recruitment, training, payroll, and performance management
- Lead endtoend hiring and onboarding to bring in top talent smoothly and efficiently
- Drive planning and rollout of staff training and development programs
- Manage payroll, benefits, and attendance with accuracy and timeliness
- Oversee performance review cycles and ensure fair, structured processes
- Support senior leaders with HR insights and operational needs
- Improve and maintain internal HR systems and tools
- Help shape company culture through consistent HR practices and team support
Bachelor's degree or higher
Business level English
8+ years relevant HR experience
Experience as a generalist, in hands-on management roles preferred
Experience in healthcare / medical industries a plus (not required but preferred)
Experience in small-mid size organizations covering wide responsibilities preferred
Strong communication skills
Strategic and logical thinking
Good PC skills
Strong labor law knowledge

Salary
Company is considering candidates up to 11M JPY annual (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience)
