職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities PwCコンサルティング合同会社の新卒採用をご担当いただきます。

■主な業務内容:

・新卒採用計画の立案、予算管理、採用関連実務(面接・選考・リテンション等)

・人材紹介会社および関連企業との連絡、交渉業務

・大学訪問、学内及び学外での単独・合同説明会の実施

・国内/海外の採用イベント企画

・内定者フォロー

登録資格 Qualification 【Must】

  • 採用関連経験(新卒・中途・リクルーター活動・採用エージェントでの勤務経験など)
  • 様々なコミュニケーション戦略/施策の立案及び実行経験
  • マーケティングの観点を踏まえた分析/企画力及び提案力
  • 高いコミュニケーション力(社内外多種多様なステークホルダーと協業)
  • 複数の関係者との折衝力(リクエストに対して優先度をつけ、時には異なる提案をしながら同時並行で調整)
  • あいまいな状況下でも仮説思考で物事を進められる柔軟な思考力と自律的な実行力
  • 高い誠実性と機密情報取扱いについての基本的な理解

【Want】

  • 採用管理システム(ATS)の利用経験
  • コンサルティングファームやSIerでの業務経験
  • Windows関連スキル(Excel VBAやAccess等の経験)
