(業務概要)AOチームの日常業務や運営プロセスを支援し、生成AIツールを活用した効率化・改善活動をサポートします。

組織エンゲージメント・社内活性化サポート:
例)組織エンゲージメント施策(チーム内イベント、アンケート運営など)への参画、社内研修(LK)の運営補助や関連資料作成、メンバー間のコミュニケーション促進に関する取り組み支援
業務プロセスの整理
改善サポート:
例)業務フローや情報共有方法の現状を整理し改善点の抽出を支援、改善案のドラフト資料作成
- 関係者との共有準備
生成AIを活用した業務支援:
例)ICAなどの生成AIツールを用いた文書要約・資料作成
- 情報整理、AIツール活用の手順・ベストプラクティスの整理
データ収集・ドキュメンテーション:
例)プロジェクト進捗や業務改善の記録を整理し報告書
- ナレッジ資料作成を補助
その他サポート業務:
例)チームミーティングへの参加、議事録
- タスク整理、必要に応じて担当者の業務補助
