Who is our Client?
Our client is an expert, Digital Transformation consultancy started and grown by a team of consulting experts from leading firms. They main focus is around, first, building effective data collection, pipelining and analysis strategies, and second, building data-driven, user-centric marketing and business development strategies that leverage that information and insight.
They are currently looking to hire several DX Consultants, from junior to senior, to join their exciting and growing team.
What would you be doing?
As a Digital Transformation consultant, you will work as part of a team that focuses on helping clients design and implement strategies to reinvent their commercial approach and, ultimately, the customer experience.
You will:
- shape and deliver technology led transformation programs aiming to enhance end customers' digital experience.
- run and lead short discovery strategy phases of work, develop business transformation vision, value roadmap, high-level target solution designs, target experiences
- provide expert advice on shaping complex platform transformation programs
- shape digital-led transformation strategies working with multi-disciplinary team of strategists, technologists and experience designers
- work collaboratively with internal and external teams to co-create solutions
- build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- build new skills and strengthen your expertise with unparalleled training and support
Who You Are...
- More than 3 years of consulting experience in DX (Digital Transformation), Digital Marketing
- Experience in projects such as DX (Digital Transformation) and digital marketing for large-scale clients, or deep understanding of the digital marketing industry and the ability to drive projects.
- Extensive exposure to marketing strategies and understanding of measures and metrics that measure success
- Ability to consult clearly and professional with customers.
- Someone who is passionate about self-learning and keen to stay up to speed with the latest trends in DX and digital marketing
- Willingness to work in a smaller, start-up type of environment
