配属となるグローバルデジタルHR課では、Human Capital Management (HCM) 基盤システムを最大限活用し、各HRビジネスプロセスのデジタル化、Data Drivenな意思決定への貢献をミッションとしています。

当社では、FY26開始までに現メンバーがGlobal Digital HRから順次ロールオフすることに伴い、社内のWorkdayテクノロジーおよびコンサルティングチームの構築が必要となっています。

現在、AstemoのWorkdayは、Core HCM、Talent & Performance、Recruiting & Onboarding、Learning、Expense の領域で本番稼働しています。Global Digital HRでは、これらの各機能領域において、システム改善やビジネス要件のWorkdayへの実装を行うため、認定資格を有し、実務経験のあるWorkday人材が必要です。

長期的なWorkdayサポート体制の確立、ナレッジの社内定着、さらにHRおよびビジネス要件の確実なシステム反映を実現していく必要があります。

業務要件、ベストプラクティス、推奨機能に基づき主体的にシステム改善を推進し、Astemo Workday の高度化・利活用を加速させることで、業務プロセスの効率化とエンドユーザー/ステークホルダーにとっての使いやすさを飛躍的に向上させる役割を担っていただきます。

■期待される役割・責任

Workday の担当領域における各種技術的な変更に対して、社内コンサルタントとして最適な改善提案とソリューションを提示し、業界で実証されたプラクティスに基づき課題解決をリードしていただきます。また、業務要件に沿った Workday のシステム設計およびプロセス設計のワークショップを主導し、その構成・設定まで担っていただくポジションです。

職務概要(具体的な業務内容)

ビジネス要件を正確に把握し、Workday の技術要件へと適切に落とし込む業務。
ステークホルダーと連携しながら、システム設計セッションをリードし、最適なソリューションを導き出す業務。
担当領域の Workday 機能において、必要な設定変更やアップデートを構築・テストする業務。
チームのドキュメント基準に沿って、設計内容やソリューション、変更点を明確に文書化する業務。
システム変更内容を関係者へ分かりやすく共有し、ユーザーが直感的に理解・操作できるマニュアルやガイドを提供する業務。
Workday の活用度を高めるために、システム改善点を継続的に提案・実装し、より効果的な運用を推進する業務。

■入社後すぐの業務

担当領域における Workday のシステム設計および業務プロセスについて、ナレッジトランスファーを受け、理解を深めていただきます。
Astemo 全体の事業構造や現状を把握し、システム運用に必要な基礎知識を習得していただきます。
ヒューマンキャピタルマネジメント領域の主要ステークホルダーやビジネスオーナーを理解し、関係構築を進めていただきます。
Astemo の HR 業務プロセスおよびデータ構造を理解し、Workday 運用に必要な知識を身につけていただきます。

■入社数カ月後

Workday のシステム設計セッションを主導、またはメンバーとして参加し、最適な業務プロセスとソリューションの検討を進めていただきます。
担当領域における機能変更を Workday 上で適切に設定・構成し、システムに反映していただきます。
発生したシステム課題の原因を特定し、合意されたターンアラウンドタイム(TAT)内で迅速に問題を解決していただきます。
ビジネス要件に基づいた Workday の変更リクエストを実装し、業務への影響を最小限に抑えながら品質の高い成果物を提供していただきます。
業界で実証されたベストプラクティスを提案し、Astemo Workday のさらなる活用推進と価値向上に貢献していただきます。

必須条件

■職務経験

・人事領域における各種業務プロセスの知識

(例:Hire to Retire プロセス、タレントアクイジション/タレントマネジメントの各プロセス、データ構造、ベストプラクティス、ソリューション導入経験 など)

・HCM システム/プラットフォーム導入に関する知識・経験

Core HCM、採用(Recruiting)、タレント&パフォーマンス、学習(Learning)、レポーティング、PRISM、セキュリティ などのいずれかの領域において、設計セッションの実施、設定(Configuration)、テスト、課題解決のリード をご経験されている方。

・アプリケーション運用・保守の経験

本番稼働後の継続的なアプリケーション管理、HRIS オペレーションサポート、Post-Production サポートのご経験。

・ビジネスレベルの英語力(会議・文書でのコミュニケーションに支障がないこと)

口頭・書面いずれも対応可能な方。

歓迎条件

■職務経験

ジュニアコンサルタント:3~5年程度、シニアコンサルタント/マネジャークラス:7~10年程度を想定していますが、経験レベルは幅広く歓迎します。

■資格

・Workday HCM の導入および本番稼働後サポートに関する知識・経験

HCM エンドツーエンド導入を2サイクル以上ご経験されている方

・以下いずれかの Workday プロダクト領域における有効な認定資格

Core HCM/Talent & Performance/Recruiting/Learning/Core または Advanced Compensation/Reporting/PRISM/Security Administration(いずれか1つ以上を保有していること)

・ビジネスレベルの日本語力(N2 以上目安)

文書作成および会議での口頭コミュニケーションが問題なく行える方
